GOALS AND OBJECTIVE

Our 3 years strategic plan (2009-2012) is made up of 5 chapters that was tailored and modeled around the objective and goals of the Company that were realized after need assessment was conducted. The 3 years plans are capture by the following 5 chapters:-

1. Capacity - by the end of the year 2012 the company will have acquired one bigger commercial aircraft.
2. Diversification - by the end of the year 2012 the company will have pilot training school fully operational at Wilson airport.
3. Information - by the end of the year 2012 the company will have conducted the extensive research on market of its services, pilot training school, its aircraft, infrastructure, assets and other resources covering global, regional and national areas affecting the aviation industry.
4. Communication - by the end of year 2012 the company will have an adequate computerized system in its various departments of company.
5. Productivity - by the end of the year 2012 the company will have operational, approved and accepted staff training.
